In your first session, Foundations of Cognitive Performance, you’ll explore how you think across nine core cognitive domains, including memory, attention, processing speed, and executive function. Together with our team, you’ll review your profile and uncover practical ways to support and challenge your strengths. In My Cognitive Edge, you’ll bring those insights to life through movement-based challenges that explore reaction time, visual memory, and attention in real time. Together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your mind performs and a clear framework for continuing to strengthen it after your stay.

Begin with a computerized assessment measuring memory, attention, processing speed, and executive function. You’ll then review your results, gaining clarity on your cognitive profile and translating your insights into practical strategies to support long-term cognitive function.

Train your brain through fast-paced, movement-based challenges. You’ll complete three drills targeting reaction time, visual memory, attention, and executive function, experiencing real-time adaptation. The session concludes with a plan to integrate cognitive training into daily life.
