This tailored program builds upon our premier Optimal Wellbeing Program using technology to track and analyze your unique health data, layering in additional golf performance metrics through detailed video analysis. Supporting you at every step from goal-setting to daily practices is an integrated team of Sensei Guides and Wellness Practitioners who are highly trained in the Sensei philosophy — distilling preventative health science into three simple paths for everyday living: Move, Nourish and Rest.
Strengthen your wellbeing through focused 1:1 sessions, insightful assessments and seven hours of one-on-one instruction from a Golf Instructor. This program is beneficial for golfers who are interested in: improving on-course management and pre-shot routine; increasing speed and range of motion while minimizing the risk of injury; developing putting and short-game practices and equipment analysis.
