Golf Optimal Wellbeing Program

On the secluded island of Lānaʻi, Sensei’s one-of-a-kind Golf Optimal Wellbeing Program supports intermediate and advanced golfers in reaching your wellbeing and sports performance goals. This tailored program builds upon our premier Optimal Wellbeing Program using technology to track and analyze your unique health data, layering in additional golf performance metrics through detailed video analysis. Supporting you at every step from goal-setting to daily practices is an integrated team of Sensei Guides and Wellness Practitioners who are highly trained in the Sensei philosophy — distilling preventative health science into three simple paths for everyday living: Move, Nourish and Rest.

Strengthen your wellbeing through focused 1:1 sessions, insightful assessments and seven hours of one-on-one instruction from a Golf Instructor. This program is beneficial for golfers who are interested in: improving on-course management and pre-shot routine; increasing speed and range of motion while minimizing the risk of injury; developing putting and short-game practices and equipment analysis.

Golf Inclusions

This unique golf program includes seven hours of instruction with a Golf Instructor working with you one-on-one to improve your game and measure your functional sports performance including golf ball and club head data (external), rotational power (internal) and force output (internal):

  • One On-Course Assessment with Golf Pro: Play nine holes with your Golf Instructor who will assess your game, ​followed by a range session to analyze technique utilizing the latest Trackman technology and detailed video analysis. (2.5 hours)
  • One Private Lesson with Golf Pro: Following the video analysis, you will work one-on-one with your Golf Instructor in a private lesson setting to address the most important components of your golf game and make improvements to achieve your desired goals. (2 hours)
  • One 9-hole round with Golf Pro: Head out for 9 holes to put into practice all that you’ve learned during your prior sessions. Implement new techniques and fine-tune your course strategy with the attentive support of your Golf Instructor. (2.5 hours)
  • One round of golf at Jack Nicklaus Manele Golf Course: Head out for 18 holes solo on the beautiful Manele Golf Course. Apply all that you’ve learned this week while striving for peak performance and enjoying expansive ocean views at every turn.
