Tennis Optimal Wellbeing Program
Sensei’s Tennis Optimal Wellbeing Program is dedicated to supporting your wellness intentions and specific sports performance goals with a structured itinerary and Sunday night arrival. This five-day program is ideal for Level 4.0 tennis players (as ranked by the NTRP), and builds upon our premier Optimal Wellbeing Program. Using technology to track, analyze and interpret your unique health data, an integrated team of Sensei Guides, Wellness Practitioners and a dedicated Tennis Professional help to enhance your lifestyle habits around the fundamental paths of Move, Nourish and Rest — and apply those practices to become a better all around tennis player.
Throughout your stay, you will strengthen your wellbeing through focused 1:1 sessions, insightful assessments and four-plus hours of tennis instruction. Sessions with your Tennis Pro will focus on stroke mechanics, footwork and match play. We will assess your serve, ground strokes, volleys, overheads, spin and consistency of shot placement. As the week progresses, you will incorporate improved techniques across every aspect of your game.
