As you explore wellbeing in a setting designed to accentuate your growth, your expert Sensei Guide will provide support backed by years of experience, helping you harmonize your move, nourish and rest practices to align with your goals.

Your Curated Itinerary

  • Design your itinerary with a Pre-Arrival Specialist up to 60 days before arrival
  • Access to daily rotating wellbeing classes
  • My Intention orientation session with your Sensei Guide to set goals and conduct health assessments
  • Daily private sessions in fitness, nutrition, yoga, mindset or meditation (excluding arrival and departure days)
  • $100 nightly Wellness Credit to use toward Sensei services including spa, wellbeing consultations and golf greens and tennis fees

  • Minimum three-night stay with freedom to add days as you wish

Support After Your Stay

  • Optional concluding My Plan session to power actionable steps upon your return home, including your Guide to Growth report
