Whether you aim to refresh your mindset or improve your work-life balance, spending 30 days or longer at this idyllic desert wellbeing retreat can help you reach your goals. Your stay includes early booking access to a curated collection of daily activities such as yoga, meditation, fitness and enriching lectures. Enjoy a private weekly fitness, yoga or meditation session of your choice and weekly check-ins with a dedicated Sensei Guide to track your progress and tailor your stay. Surrounded by the beauty of the Santa Rosa mountains and with easy access to destinations such as vibrant Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park and other California treasures, your experience can be both relaxing and rejuvenating. Your Sabbatical concludes with a one-on-one consultation with your Sensei Guide to review learnings and develop your Guide to Growth plan to create actionable steps upon your return home.

  • Minimum 30 nights in luxurious accommodations at our adults only resort (additional nights may be added separately)
  • Consultation with your Sensei Guide and Pre-Arrival Specialist to curate your itinerary up to 60 days prior to arrival
  • Sensei Guide paired with you throughout your stay including weekly 30-minute check-ins
  • Wellbeing classes recommended by your Sensei Guide, pre-booked before your arrival
  • An orientation session with your Sensei Guide to review your goals and conduct your health assessments
  • One private or semi-private session of your choice each week, focusing on wellness activities such as yoga, nutrition, fitness, mindset or meditation (biomarker assessments to inform fitness nutritional recommendations are an additional cost of $75 each); guests are encouraged to reserve these prior to arrival to ensure availability
  • $6,000 in Wellness Credits ($1,500 per week) to use toward wellness consultations, spa services, and tennis court or golf green fees
  • A concluding My Plan session with your Sensei Guide to review actionable learnings for your return home, as well as a Guide to Growth report that captures all your learnings
