Tucked in the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains in Greater Palm Springs, Sensei welcomes you on a structured and evidence-led five-night program to align action with intention. Informed by data gathered pre-arrival through a WHOOP 4.0 wearable mailed to your home and on-site assessments, your Sensei Guide will develop a personalized itinerary tailored to your goals— whether that’s peak fitness performance or healthier eating practices. Together, you will fine-tune your practices and leave with a personalized Guide to Growth report to power actionable steps toward lifelong wellbeing.

  • Design your itinerary with a Pre-Arrival Specialist up to 60 days before arrival

  • My Intention orientation session with your Sensei Guide to review goals and conduct health assessments
  • Fitness assessment to measure VO2 max, gait, vertical jump and more
  • Three private sessions on mindset, nutrition and fitness
  • 90-minute Thermal Body Mapping Experience or featured massage
  • $500 Wellness Credit to use toward Sensei services including spa, wellbeing consultations and golf greens and tennis fees

  • A concluding My Plan session to power actionable steps upon your return home, including your Guide to Growth report

Rates

Rates begin at $1,545 per night (single)/$2,240 (double).*

Package requires a five-night stay range and must be booked seven days in advance (for optimal data collection, we recommend a minimum 14 days in advance). Additional nights must be booked separately.
