Your pre-arrival process begins with a WHOOP 4.0 wearable strap mailed to your home to help gather real-time fitness, sleep and recovery data prior to arrival. Your Sensei Guide helps to translate that data and develop a structured program tailored to your desired outcome while connecting the three fundamental paths of the Sensei Way — Move, Nourish and Rest. Your Guide will recommend how to apply your $500 in Wellness Credit toward personal wellness consultations, spa services, and golf or tennis fees. From pre-arrival to post-stay, you have access to the proprietary Sensei Portal, a secure repository for biometrics, assessments, WHOOP data and Sensei Guide insights.
