In the heart of the Coachella Valley, Sensei invites you into our restorative desert estate to slow your pace as you cultivate a mindful reset. With expert support from our Sensei Guides and Wellness Practitioners, you will learn to manage daily stressors and implement evidence-based strategies to improve sleep quality. Depart with renewed energy and a framework for releasing stress through intentional movement, mindful eating practices and rejuvenating rest.

Your Curated Itinerary

  • Design your itinerary with a Pre-Arrival Specialist up to 60 days before arrival
  • WHOOP 4.0 wearable, delivered to your home to track real-time sleep data pre-arrival
  • Access to daily rotating wellbeing classes
  • My Intention orientation session with your Sensei Guide to review goals and conduct health assessments
  • My Recovery session with a Mindset Guide to explore your body’s stress responses by measuring key biomarkers such as heart rate variability
  • Three private sessions including a Sleep 1:1 to analyze rest patterns, a Sensory Eating 1:1 to cultivate awareness to aid in optimal digestion, and a Mindful Movement 1:1 to improve your mind-body connection
  • Two 90-minute spa treatments
