Whether you are looking for a mindful reset to ease stress, recalibrate as you navigate a life transition, or reconnect with self by improving sleep and recovery practices, Sensei’s Rest and Recovery Program invites you to pause and gain clarity on what’s most important for your own personal wellbeing in a place of serene natural beauty.

A nourishing desert environment sets the backdrop for this structured five-night program, where you will engage with experienced practitioners to understand your current physical and mental state. Through personalized lifestyle strategies, techniques to restore balance in the mind and body, and space for self-reflection, together you will develop a framework for managing stress in your everyday life that helps you build the courage to set forth with renewed energy and purpose.

Prior to your arrival, hone in on your personal preferences through a pre-arrival questionnaire, connect with your Sensei Guide to co-create a personalized itinerary, and begin tracking your sleep and recovery data on a wearable device. An integrated team of Sensei Guides and wellness practitioners will help you tune into the power of recovery throughout your stay with three private one-on-one sessions focusing on reclaiming restorative sleep, a sensory eating experience led by a Nutrition Guide, and reconnecting with your body through mindful movement. You will also enjoy two 90-minute restorative spa treatments, luxurious accommodations that inspire calm and serenity, and an abundance of enriching wellbeing classes including meditation, restorative yoga, breathwork basics and more. On your final day, meet with your Sensei Guide to reflect on your experience, review your key takeaways, and plan your integration back into your everyday life emerging recharged and reinvigorated.

Facilitated by a Mindset Guide, together discuss behaviors to assist with falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up, and creating healthy habits around your pre-bedtime and morning routines to achieve restorative and sound sleep.

  • An in-depth My Recovery session that explores your body’s stress responses as a Mindset Guide leads you through gentle cognitive exercises, measuring key biomarkers in real-time such as heart rate variability and heart rate recovery
  • (2) 90 minute Spa Treatments
  • A concluding My Plan session with your Sensei Guide to review actionable learnings for your return home, including a personalized Guide to Growth report
  • Wellbeing classes recommended by your dedicated Sensei Guide, pre-booked before your arrival
  • Ongoing access to the proprietary Sensei Portal to track and understand your personal data points during and after your stay
