Building upon our premier Optimal Wellbeing Program, this five-day program uses technology to analyze your unique health data, layering in additional golf performance metrics through detailed video analysis. With the support of an integrated team of Sensei Guides, Wellness Practitioners and a Golf Professional, learn how the essential paths of the Sensei Way — Move, Nourish and Rest — work together to enhance your skills and overall wellbeing.

Enjoy focused 1:1 sessions, unlimited rounds at the guests-only Porcupine Creek golf course, insightful assessments and seven hours of 1:1 instruction from a Golf Professional. This program is beneficial for golfers who are interested: improving on-course management and pre-shot routine; increasing speed and range of motion while minimizing the risk of injury; developing putting and short-game practices and equipment analysis.

  • A concluding My Plan session with your Sensei Guide to review actionable steps for your return home as well as a Guide to Growth report that captures your learnings on and off the course

Golf Inclusions

As an exclusive benefit, the program includes seven hours of instruction with a Golf Professional working one-on-one to improve your game and measure your functional sports performance including rotational power, force output (internal), ball trajectory and club head (external):

  • One On-Course Assessment with Golf Pro: Play nine holes with your Golf Pro who will assess your game, ​followed by a range session to analyze technique utilizing the latest Trackman technology and detailed video analysis. (2.5 hours)
  • One Private Lesson with Golf Pro: Following the video analysis, you will work one-on-one with your Golf Pro in a private lesson setting to address the most important components of your golf game and make improvements to achieve your desired goals. (2.5 hours)
  • One 9-hole round with Golf Pro: Head out for 9 holes to put into practice all that you’ve learned during your prior sessions. Implement new techniques and fine-tune your course strategy with the attentive support of your Golf Pro. (2.5 hours)
  • Unlimited Rounds at the Exclusive Porcupine Creek Course: Head out for 18 holes solo. Apply all that you’ve learned this week and enjoy views of the Santa Rosa Mountains while striving for peak performance. (4+ hours)
